Thanks guys for all your responses.

I knew there was a way to do this with earlier versions of Windows but I
couldn't remember what it was - I hadn't used that feature for years - and
didn't know if that feature still existed in WinXP.

I appreciate all the valable suggestions.  Thanks again.
