OT: Dangerous Services to keep running

Hello,

  I was thinking about services that might be running
by default on the router and can be used to illegally
access it ?

  For example rsh, sometimes you might secure telnet
access and think you are safe whereas other services
can do the job and you are not aware.

  Is there a document that mentions all built-in
enabled services on the router and more specifically
how to define all of the services that can be used to
access the router ?
