BGP maximum-prefix

For:

neighbor {ip-address | peer-group-name} maximum-prefix

maximum [threshold] [warning-only]

It is said the default threshold is 75%.  But when I
configure 

neighbor 150.1.2.2 maximum-prefix 4 warning-only

I think I should get the warning when 4x75%=3 prefixes
are received.  But I only got:

No. of prefix received from 150.1.2.2 (afi 0) reaches
4
, max 4
