ip rsvp pq-profile voice-like----->voice get prioritised
ip rsvp bandwidth 200 20"
I am bit confuse about how to config below requirement.
Any advise will be higly appreciated

On R4 Frame-relay interface RTP traffic should not cross 200k, and each
session should not cross 20K
to achieve this,is below config right ?
ip rtp priority 16384 16383 200
(prioritise RTP between those ports with 200k reserved for them) ip rsvp
