Hey Ato,

I had tried clearing the ospf process but that didn't work. I didn't clear the Eigrp process because I didn't know that I could but I'll give that a try as well.

I don't know but I suspect that the unequal cost parallel links between R2 and R3 might somehow be at the root of this problem, but I can't figure out how or what to do about that.

Hi,

If the EIGRP and OSPF adjacencies are OK, the only thing I can think of is
to clear EIGRP adjacencies and OSPF process, eventually reboot.

As it happens, I tried that also. Actually, it was the first thing I tried.

Went to what you see below when that didn't work.
