	What is the secondary ip address?How can I set the ip?

no man...........see the explaination bellow of command ip dhcp smart-relay
agent..........
Allows the DHCP relay agent to switch the gateway address to secondary
addresses when there is no DHCPOFFER message from a DHCP Server.
