Complex Redistribution VLSM to FLSM (Any one)

==Does any one know where in ospf you have to place the summary address and 
the area range commands before you redistribute them in Rip version)

==And Does any one know which metrics to use in opsf, eigrp and rip (or 
router maps to use)so that routing loops and sub opt. routing doesnt take 
place.  I been looking at a few very complex labs and I been using route 
tags to track the redistribution.

Without totally mastering redistribution of the ugliest kind there is very 
little hope of passing the exam......
