Hi Everybody!!

Sorry for the OT i've was wandering if any of you had some experience with
cisco IVR, a partner of mine installed a MCS with auto attendant, but he is
not arund anymore and we want to add IVR features, know here is what i know.

I can have two IVR ports and 8 AA ports on a coresident MCS, IVR and AA are
part of CRA (customer response application) my partner installed it but only
left aa, how do i get the ivr stuff running will both things run at the same
time? , i downloaded CRA but when i'm installing it it ask for a key and i
dont know where to get it from, anyway.

can someone point me out some docs or even better tell me how to install and
configure this stuff, as you can see om on dippers when working with IP
Telephony
