	Your router's having a problem keeping up with the number of packets
coming in on that interface.  First try increasing the input queue.  The
interface command is 'hold x in'.  Make x 150, as you're at 75 now.  Are you
doing an access-list or NAT on the interface?  Try enabling CEF if possible.
If you can fast switch more packets, you're bound to have less queue drops.
