Ummm...

I wouldn't think that this would be a good idea for the one-day format
the way it's explained by Cisco.

It may have been good advice in the two-day format or in the real world
when the customer has been trying to "fix" something and you have a saved
text file of hte way you left it.  Been there, done that.
