Within the Routing Information Field (RIF) of a Token Ring Frame, --we have
a list of Ring-Bridge-Ring-Bridge-Ring, --where Ring numbers are 12
bits, --and bridge numbers are 4 bits, --How many combinations can you have
with four bits? --where 0000 means this is the end of the line.

asked to configure a number 16,18,17,20,22,30,etc.we know that Ring number
can be 0x001-0xfff but for bridge number,?
