Good point, I think exact solution has to be based on exact requirments. can
you send me the debugs if they are handy.

To filter SNA explorers( XID and TEST frame):
access-l 200 per/den 0x0000 0x010D

To filter NetBIOS explorer traffic:
access-l 200 per/den 0x00F0 0x0100


Not sure 100%.
