Matt,
I can't find the mail but if you do a debug ip ospf lsa, you'll see which
prefix is causing the flapping and then you need to filter it out from being
redistributed back into OSPF.
Another way is to add no peer neighbor-route to your BRIs.

BRI interface flap when ospf demand circuit is configured. It hasn't posted
