thats what i thought, but i couldn't find the bandwidth commands on the
interfaces,,any other possibilites...thanks

I don't have the lab in front of me, but you want to get the administrative
distance to be 110, which I think is the default for OSPF.  The other number
is the cost of that route.  Playing with the bandwidth or ospf cost for a
router interface should get that to be 65.
