PRI interface to PRI interface

Hi,

Anyone ever configured a full PRI interface i.e. in the UK I would like to
use the full 2 meg circuit rather than the timeslot method.  Is there a way
to do this or is it a case of opening up the individual channels as the
bandwidth requires it?
