Is it possible that the boot proms and flash are missing?

I just got a 2511 that has "issues." On boot up all it displays is the
following:
System Bootstrap, Version 11.0(10c), SOFTWARE
Copyright (c) 1986-1996 by cisco Systems
2500 processor with 2048 Kbytes of main memory
Any one have any ideas?
