R1---Ring1

 R1 is sending a lot of explorer frames, which causes R1 token ring drop frames.

configure in R1 so that the Token Ring will accept at least 100 frames

I have searched a lot about this token ring stuff, I can be managed in different ways, but which one will do the exact thing?
