At which level of Cisco Certification is covered VPN? [1:9913]

Hi All, I know this is not a question about CCNA.

	I have just looked up CCNP books (Remote Access) trying to get a
full tutorial about VPNs but it is not covered.
	I now here there are a lot of people who exceed the CCNP level,
maybe those can answer this questions.
	Maybe VPN is for CCIE?
