Catalyst Question [1:9192]

Hi,

  I was just asked to verify if it's possible to create a 4 port trunk
between a Cisco Catalyst and a HP 4000M to make a 4x100mbps uplink between
the two.

  I know they both support 802.1Q tagging but I also know that the load
balancing between the ports is sometimes proprietary and you can't do it
over different brands of switches.
