I disagree. We're in a line of work where, at a moment's notice, we can
be required to come up with drivers, manuals, patches, procedures, bugs,
RFC's, and IOS commands, documented and undocumented. There's no class
where you're taught how to be resourceful, nor is there a CCRP - Cisco
Certified Rsourceful Person.

If you need everything spoon-fed for you, from what to type at your
router console to where to download the software you need, you might as
well find a different line of work.

Sure, maybe Mr. Johnson was a little bit rude by telling "A Who" to do a
search of his own... but he did more good for him than the person who
sent him the link.
