Yes this is a class 'B' address but it has been subnetted, but don't get 
hung up on classful / classless in these questions.

Since the question provided the mask then you would use the address 
portion, 155.44.12.0 and the broadcast address .255 to get the answer of 
155.44.12.255 or f.
