Hello,
While going through the boson test, I came about ths question.
1. What is the directed broadcast given the IP address 155.44.12.131
255.255.255.0?
a) 155.44.0.255
b) 155.44.255.255
c) 155.255.255.255
d) 0.0.0.0
e) 255.255.255.255
f) 155.44.12.255
Although the boson test says the answer is F. I think the answer should be
B,
because it is a class b address.
Also why did they put the default mask as 255.255.255.0, when it's a class b
address and not class c.
Can anyone pls clarify these?
