Extreme Networks Alpine 3808? Opinions? [1:2312]

We are looking at Cisco (6509 core, 3548/24s in
closets) along with Extreme Networks (Alpine 3808
core, Summit48/24s in the closets). What has your
experience been with Extreme Networks and why did you
choose Extreme Networks gear instead of Cisco?

Anyone had good or bad experiences with Extreme
Networks switches?
