no ip forward-protocol udp tftp

no ip forward-protocol udp dns

no ip forward-protocol udp time

no ip forward-protocol udp netbios-ns

no ip forward-protocol udp netbios-dgm

no ip forward-protocol udp tacacs

ip forward-protocol udp bootpc

I found that all the above were necessary to get it to work--we were
inexperienced with this and trying one thing at a time. So, first (in
addition of course, to the ip-helper) we just did ip forward-protocol udp
bootpc but it didn't work. Then, after adding all the no ip
forward-protocol lines, it worked.
