I found the reactions to your question not very helpfull.

I will do my best to answer them (since I guess everyone
is studying in its own way), but were the hell did you get these
from?

I'm CCNA with a almost perfect score (2 month's ago) but some
of your questions are really mysteries to me.

>Which commands will restart the router?
Don't know. RELOAD will do the job. Otherwise no clue.

>Which command would you use to find the parameters for the clock?
>A. cl? B. show cl ? C. show cl? D. cl ?

Tricky. No one really fits since X ? will yield only a single parameter for
the x command. I bet on CL ? .

>Which layer hides details of any network-dependent information from >the
higher layers by providing transparent data transfer?
>A. Session B. Transport C. Network D. Data Link E. Physical

Transport

>What command to disable edit mode?
>A. End edit B. Disable edit C. Disable 0 D. Edit mode is not enabled >by
default

Don't no. TERMINAL NO EDITING for turning off enhanced editing, but
for edit mode ????

>Which frame has a Type field to identify the upper-layer protocol?
>A. 802.2 B. 802.5 C. 802.3 D. Ethernet_II

Answer D. 802.2 uses DSAP/SSAP not TYPE. 802.5 and 802.3 refer to the
MAC layer, not to notification (LLC).

You have an IP address of 172.16.13.5 with a 255.255.255.128 subnet mask.
What is your class of address, subnet address, and broadcast address?
A. 172.16.4.48 to 172.16.4.63 B. 172.16.4.49 to 172.16.4.63 C. 172.16.4.49
to 172.16.4.62 D. 172.16.4.55 to 172.16.4.62

The 128 is maybe misleading me, but since there are 7 bits in
the fourth octet there must be 2^7 -2 host pro subnet and since
no answer is matching this I would choose not to answer this one.

If you have a 27-bit subnet mask, how many subnets and how many
hosts do you have?
A. 8190 subnets, 126 hosts B. 524,288 subnets, 32 hosts C. 524,286 subnets,
30 hosts D. 65,234 subnets, 62 hosts

The subnetmask is 27 (networkportion bits + subnetting bits), this leaves 5
for the host.  2^5 = 32 -2 = 30. How may subnets?
This depends on the class. Lets try an a-class: 27-8=19
; 2^ 19 = 524.288 minus 2 (subnet 0 & broadcastsubnet) => C

Which layer defines the physical topology?
A. Application B. Presentation C. Transport D. Network E. Physical .

=>E

What command sets up a secondary IP address of 192.15.1.7 with a
class C netmask?
A. Ip address 192.15.1.7 255.255.255.0 B. Ip address 192.15.1.7 2555.0.0.0
secondary C. Ip secondary address 192.15.1.7 0.255.255.255 D. Ip address
192.15.1.7 255.255.255.0 secondary E. Secondary ip address 192.15.1.7
255.255.255.0

=>D

If you want to configure the router configuration stored in NVRAM, which
command should you use?
A. config t B. config mem C. config TFTP D. config startup-config

=>B

What was the default Ethernet encapsulation on NetWare 3.11?
A. Ethernet_II B. Ethernet_802.3 C. Ethernet_802.2 D. Ethernet_snap

=>802.3 in Novell terms, Novell-ether in Cisco

What does CIDR stand for?
A. C-class inter-domain routing B. Classfull inter-domain routing C.
Classless internet domain routing D. Classless inter-domain routing

=>D (C is confusing me)

Which of the following switching types is the default for Cisco 5505s?
A. Cut-through B. Store-and-forward C. Store-and-cut D. Fragment Free

=>B (the 55xx are so fast they shouldn't have to bother with
(adaptive) cut-through).

Hope this helps.

 Johan
