Unequal load balancing [1:1424]

I'm running an EIGRP network with 2 fractional T1's connecting 2 routers.
The available bandwidth on each line is different.  I set the variance on
each router to 2.  I see both links when I look at the eigrp topology, but
shouldn't I see two routes in the routing table?
