serial port connect to RJ45 ? [1:1402]

I am using a cisco 2500 series router,
    and try to use its serial port (60 pins, for WAN),
    but I use it in the LAN, just have RJ45 type cable.

    Is it possible for me to connect between a serial port (DTE) to
    RJ45 ?
    what should I do ?
