Cisco Switch Question [1:1381]

Hello All, I have recently added a Cisco 2912 running the Enterprise Version
of the IOS. I also have a 1900 running standard edition. I am wondering if
it is possible the Enterprise software for the 2912 can be loaded and run on
the 1900. Or is it a matter that there is an Enterprise version made for
each different class of switch? Thank you in advance......Paul
