UDP is an IP protocol with a short header of it's own consisting of the
Source Port, Dest. Port, Length, and Checksum.  The IP header takes care of
disassembly/assembly with a much more robust header.  Anyway, this is my
concept of the answer to your question.  Just remember IP header encapulates
UDP header (or TCP header, or FTP header...).
